Chiariamo il tutto con 2 esempi pratici : se sbarcasse all' aeroporto una persona dalla Nuova Guinea e si fermasse al bar a consumare un caffè,ed il barista ,dopo poche battute con il nuovo cliente,uscisse con un esclamazione : che persona formidabile! Gli Italiani hanno tutto da imparare da loro! Che conclusioni ne potreste trarre?
Oppure (realmente accaduta) su un mezzo pubblico (il giorno dopo la notizia del nero che fa sesso tra i cassonetti dei rifiuti su di un cartone con una Albanese,dietro un centro commerciale ).Delle signore commentano la notizia, e una quasi indignata grida : ma hanno fatto bene se ne avevano voglia! se potevano farlo solo li hanno fatto solo bene!
La conclusione è una sola : i 2 soggetti "italici" ( sia il barista che la signora ) si sono messi in "target" con le persone e le storie che li coinvolgevano,quindi per farla facile anche la signora sul bus avrebbe fatto sesso pure lei su dei cartoni vicino ai rifiuti.
Questi esempi estremi, ma attuali, si sono evoluti dagli anni 90 fino al 2000,quando poi è stata riconosciuta la figura del "piteco italico" o merluzzo.( comunque lo si voglia chiamare )
Non più solo Cinesi,o chinatown,ma Arabi,Sudamericani,Senegalesi,Nigeriani,clandestini di ogni genere hanno contribuito a creare questo fenomeno.Quindi ,non solo extra europei,ma anche comunitari,perchè il denominatore che li unisce è : statistiche basse su ogni dinamica vitale.
I primi casi si sono avuti in locali tipo HUA TALI ( primo bar notturno cinese in pieno centro a Torino) dove ho assistito alla prima aggressione mafiosa fatta in mezzo al pubblico ( con tanto di ferito abbattuto con potente legnata sulla testa )
e all' AFRIKA NIGHT ( bar afro notturno in San Salvario sempre a Torino,privo di uscite e finestre,una vera e propria trappola ).Sempre carico di ubriachi,prostitute nigeriane,dove "casualmente" diversi ragazzotti finivano ogni sera per dimostrare le loro caratteristiche da "avventurieri del deserto" e regolarmente venivano derubati,maltrattati,ma soprattutto intrappolati in qualunque modo fino a farsi spolpare tutto quello che possedevano.
Ecco quindi che si stava sempre piu' delineando "l'italico succube delle circostanze" ( da Torino ,per Milano,fino a Bari ) incapace di prendere iniziative dovute alle situazioni.
