Partendo dalle iniziative con Ming  (dalla "centrale servizi per i Cinesi " passando per i gruppi politici ) il salto nazionale fu breve ( anche per gli accordi con i vari enti con cui collaboravamo,sia privati che pubblici ).

Testimone di giustizia sottoposta a protezione dal 2002, decise di testimoniare sulle faide interne tra la sua famiglia e quella del suo ex compagno Carlo Cosco. L'azione di repressione del clan Garofalo si concretizza il 7 maggio 1996, quando i carabinieri di Milano svolgono un blitz in via Montello 6 e arrestano anche Floriano Garofalo, fratello di Lea, boss di Petilia Policastro dedito al controllo dell'attività malavitosa nel centro lombardo.

Il caso di Lea Garofalo e del Cosco in piazza Baiamonti a Milano,(all' inizio della chinatown ) frequentatori di sale da gioco ( ottime per spaccio e altre attivita') quindi anche il Bar Barbara (bar Cinese all' inizio di via Sarpi ) fu il primo caso di coinvolgimento asiatico con strutture mafiose di alto profilo,seguito immediatamente dalle connessioni con i centroamericani in via Imbonati (sempre a Milano) ,dove i medicinali scaduti cinesi venivano tagliati con la cocaina e venduto il tutto a bassissimo prezzo.Ma gli effetti maggiori si ebbero tra Firenze, Napoli e Bari.A Prato incontrai un ex consigliere comunale,ove a causa della denuncia fatta  all' allora sindaco,in quanto non dichiarava la reale situazione cittadina (che non era di 20000 Cinesi tutti occupati nelle fabbriche,ma di oltre 40000 ,ammassati nelle cascine di via Bonicoli, (una traversa della Pistoiese che portava nelle campagne ) in situazioni assurde di contenimento e privi di acqua in totale stato di schiavismo,gli venne distrutta la sua esposizione di lampadari con un raid notturno.

A Napoli,invece,qualche anno dopo la scoperta fatta, con relativa denuncia a livello politico,la "guardia di finanza" in un intervista televisiva fu incredula nel dichiarare che nel territorio di Scampia i Cinesi avevano una partita iva intestata per ogni appartamento delle vele.(qualche anno prima erano stati tutti allertati che le Cinesi facevano le "badanti" negli appartamenti dei boss mafiosi )

Qui la "sarda" ci andava a nozze.

Il colpo duro lo ricevette a Bari con la confisca di un intero magazzino silos carico di tonnellate di materiale (caso risolto tramite investigazioni bancarie)

Chiariamo il tutto con 2 esempi pratici : se sbarcasse all' aeroporto una persona dalla Nuova Guinea e si fermasse al bar a consumare un caffè,ed il barista ,dopo poche battute con il nuovo cliente,uscisse con un esclamazione : che persona formidabile! Gli Italiani hanno tutto da imparare da loro! Che conclusioni  ne potreste trarre?
Oppure (realmente accaduta)  su un mezzo pubblico (il giorno dopo la notizia del nero che fa sesso tra i cassonetti dei rifiuti su di un cartone con una Albanese,dietro un centro commerciale ).Delle signore commentano la notizia, e una quasi indignata grida : ma  hanno fatto bene se ne avevano voglia! se potevano farlo solo li hanno fatto solo bene!
La conclusione è una sola : i 2 soggetti "italici" ( sia il barista che la signora ) si sono messi in "target" con le persone e le storie che li coinvolgevano,quindi per farla facile anche la signora sul bus avrebbe fatto sesso pure lei su dei cartoni vicino ai rifiuti.
Questi esempi estremi, ma attuali, si sono evoluti dagli anni 90 fino al 2000,quando poi è stata riconosciuta la figura del "piteco italico" o merluzzo.( comunque lo si voglia chiamare )
Non più solo Cinesi,o chinatown,ma Arabi,Sudamericani,Senegalesi,Nigeriani,clandestini di ogni genere hanno contribuito a creare questo fenomeno.Quindi ,non solo extra europei,ma anche comunitari,perchè il denominatore che li unisce è : statistiche basse su ogni dinamica vitale.
I primi casi si sono avuti in locali tipo HUA TALI  ( primo bar notturno cinese in pieno centro a Torino) dove ho assistito alla prima aggressione mafiosa fatta in mezzo al pubblico ( con tanto di ferito abbattuto con potente legnata sulla testa )
e all' AFRIKA NIGHT ( bar afro notturno  in San Salvario sempre a Torino,privo di uscite e finestre,una vera e propria trappola ).Sempre carico di ubriachi,prostitute nigeriane,dove "casualmente" diversi ragazzotti finivano ogni sera per dimostrare le loro caratteristiche da "avventurieri del deserto" e regolarmente venivano derubati,maltrattati,ma soprattutto intrappolati in qualunque modo fino a farsi spolpare tutto quello che possedevano.
Ecco quindi che si stava sempre piu' delineando "l'italico succube delle circostanze" ( da Torino ,per Milano,fino a Bari ) incapace di prendere iniziative dovute alle situazioni.

L'HAO UA e il CELASTE IMPERO rappresentavano la porta d'ingresso per la città di Torino sul lunghissimo asse di corso Francia , dalla città di Rivoli.

Il primo era il bar ristorante della stazione degli autobus di collegamento con il capoluogo,un fenomenale porto di mare per i soggetti che transitavano, l'altro appena più sotto  era più ambiguo,più nascosto e decentrato.

In quel periodo ,appena avviato di ricerca sulle persone scomparse,eravamo arrivati al monte Musinè ( alle porte della val di Susa appena fuori Rivoli ) per rilievi sulle Messe Nere che venivano effettuate.Il passo fu breve per i collegamenti con i cadaveri carbonizzati che vennero ritrovati con organi asportati trovati sulle rive del fiume Dora, proprio nei pressi dove stavamo operando.(di tutto ciò ci sarebbero stati poi sviluppi con interventi di vari enti compresa la polizia scientifica,per il ritrovamento della "clinica" dove venivano eseguite le asportazioni)

Quei due locali cinesi avevano rappresentato la base dove si ritrovavano i soggetti implicati in tali pratiche.

A quei tempi ,nei locali cinesi,si poteva parlare di tutto (tanto pochissimi potevano capire i tuoi discorsi,quindi ideale per architettare traffici di ogni genere) , se poi come da  Maria  e Francesca ( le titolari del Celeste Impero ) era abitudine frequentare discoteche dove si spacciava "ecstasy" e loro rispondevano tranquillamente:un po' di vizio ci vuole!! ,

,diventare il richiamo per "soggetti particolari" era un attimo.

Solo che anche io mi ero inserito su tali linee, e da quel momento vennero fuori tutti i problemi che a breve si svilupparono a Prato, Napoli e Bari ( Maria era la cugina della "sarda" quindi......)

Fatto sta che da quel momento iniziarono le aggressioni in vari ambiti ai danni del sottoscritto.  (Non solo da Cinesi,ma da Italiani e Albanesi che interagivano a qualsiasi livello con i Cinesi : le verita' si avvicinavano sempre di più! )

Chi  era a conoscenza di questi fatti era la titolare di un bar cinese nella chinatown di Milano , avevemo gia' creato un primo aggancio tramite Ming per i futuri spostamenti in tutta Italia ove era necessario e naturalmente Bany ( gia' menzionata in vari post precedenti) che proprio a seguito di queste cose veniva considerata una mezza pazza dai suoi connazionali.

Sono fatti che esulano dal periodo della commissione,quindi verranno trattati a parte ( anche se Bany conosceva tutta la storia completamente che partiva ben piu' lontano dalla commissione del 92 e del perche' e' proseguita nel tempo.

Se qualcuno pensava che gli abitanti dell'est Europa non potessero centrare con i Cinesi ha sempre sbagliato di grosso,in quanto furono i loro primi maestri di qualsiasi traffico, da allora fino ai giorni nostri.

Potevo in quel periodo sfruttare gli uffici a Porta Palazzo ( Torino ) del GRIS ( gruppo ricerche religiose ) che tra le altre cose ci avrebbe condotto a scoprire diversi gruppi operanti nell' occulto e a persone scomparse.

Fu cosi' che riuscii ad inserirmi in diversi gruppi di questi "nuovi cittadini".

 Al sabato pomeriggio intorno alle 15 davanti alla distilleria De Marco a Porta Palazzo si radunavano ( nel bene e nel male ) i gruppi degli esuli Albanesi.Fu da questi gruppi che le prime "bottiglie volanti di birra" cominciarono a muovere i loro passi per poi espandersi come fenomeno su tutto il territorio nazionale. Un sabato di giugno ci fu qualcosa di piu'.

Una vecchia FIAT 124 blu scuro,ferma davanti ai tre scalini del porticato,poteva sembrare del tutto normale,ma quando da quella vettura vennero fuori 2 ragazze e buttate in mezzo ad un gruppo di uomini che bevevano birra, la cosa cambio' aspetto.

Una delle due spari' subito,ma l'altra ,una biondina con i capelli corti e un mini vestito bianco,e pure gli stivaletti bianchi non non andava proprio via.

Non perche' lei non voleva, ma bensi' "non la lasciavano andare via".La scena duro' diversi minuti.Si vedeva che c'erano 2 personaggi interessati a lei, ma nessuno prendeva una decisione a riguardo.Alla fine, quello che sembrava che le avesse accompagnate risolse la disputa : sollevo' la gonna della ragazza,che impietrita ed impaurita non disse nulla,anche perche' mancava totalmente di indumenti intimi.

Fu un istante: una grassa risata risuono' sotto il porticato e uno dei due diede una pacca al "banditore di donne". Evidentemente aveva chiuso l'affare.

Poi per festeggiare l'acquisto,sempre sghignazzando,dato che aveva capito che non ero del loro giro,con un rapido gesto me la butto' addosso gridando :la vuoi! Per oggi e solo per oggi 100 mila lire!!

Fu l'inizio dell' ascesa di fenomeni analoghi per tutte le etnie presenti nella piazza.Localizzai in seguito dove "lavorava" questa ragazza, e mi avvicinai sempre di piu' al mondo delle persone scomparse usate nei traffici piu' incredibili  compreso il furto di organi.

Con Ming e Zhao avevamo penetrato le piu' remote situazioni famigliari di Torino.

Ci eravamo conosciuti nel 95 appena dopo la "fuga" in Sardegna di Scia ily ( la "sarda" )

che era scomparsa il giorno stesso dell' incontro che avremmo dovuto sostenere con la direzione dell'IMO di Volvera (To) per definire l'accordo per la produzione di tutti i tendaggi per treni, traghetti e case da cantiere.

Fu proprio con loro che scoprii la famigerata legge economica cinese: i matrimoni = soldi.

Tanti parenti ( 100 - 150 ) con almeno 500 mila lire a testa,quindi ecco che riuscivano a creare una vera base economica per il futuro della coppia.E solo dopo il "matrimonio" potevano fidanzarsi!

Mi immagino i problemi che avevo causato uscendo con la "sarda" cercando di ribaltare queste "regole". ( per poi scoprire in seguito i disastrosi piani che aveva architettato )

Ming in quel periodo rischio' parecchio con i suoi connazionali, ma ricevette un tornaconto di popolarità presso uffici pubblici e movimenti italiani che utilizzo' nel futuro.

Fu Zhao ( grande amico di Ming ) a vedere piu' da vicino cosa in realta' "la sarda" stesse mettendo in piedi da Cagliari.

Zhao amava il gioco d'azzardo ( tanto per cambiare ) e il sesso,quindi mi fece scoprire "le pettinatrici domestiche" il primo gradino del sesso a pagamento cinese.

Ero reduce dalla Thailandia e posso senza dubbio dire che le diversita' erano enormi soprattutto come professionalita',ma mi aiutarono a capire tutte le situazioni che si stavano creando fino a scoprire i "laboratori punitivi".

Mi trovai 3 ragazze cinesi,tutte piene di lividi e maleodoranti,proprio vicino alla stazione dei treni.Una di loro parlando un discreto italiano mi disse che volevano "farsi salvare dalla sarda" che le aveva costrette a venire in Italia per punizione,in uno di quei laboratori dove possono essere abusate da qualsiasi cuoco cinese di passaggio.Il loro torto era quello di non riuscire a pagare i debiti di gioco dei loro parenti che avevano contratto con la "sarda" ( aveva iniziato una carriera di gigantesche scommesse clandestine ).Le altre ,non parlavano,ma mi guardavano con odio feroce,visto che avevo conosciuto la loro aguzzina ed eravamo stati amici.

Questo episodio costo' a Ming l'incendio della sua autovettura ( visto che fu lui la causa di tutta questa catena di comunicazioni che si apriva e si collegava a Cagliari ).

Hu xiao zhen mi puntava dritto il dito indice, scoperto in quel quel mezzo guanto che le copriva la mano  affusolatissima , proprio davanti all' occhio : niente neri qui!! gridava . Li conosci meglio tu quelli che hanno fame e bisogno di mangiare!!

La padrona dell' Asia market di Porta Palazzo a Torino era ormai diventata il mio più importante punto di riferimento in quell'area che si era trasformata cosi' tanto negli anni.

Cercavo un cuoco,nero,da assumere per la nostra "sezione politica - ristorante" ,che ormai si stava trasformando in quanto era nata in un quartiere che dal lontano 1992 era ormai anche lui trasformato :San Salvario.

Tutta questa storia ebbe inizio una sera dopo mezzanotte al Gui lin ,ristorante cinese in borgo S.Paolo,quando Hu Scia ily ( qualle che nel futuro venne soprannominata "la sarda" )

la prestigiosa nipote di Hu Neng Sek il fondatore della comunita' di Torino,decise di accompagnare me e Jon (fidatissimo segretario operativo dell' epoca) a visitare i laboratori cinesi di pelletteria che servivano ormai Piemonte e Valle d'Aosta.Per Jon fu un esperienza da trauma salire quelle scale buie di quel palazzo fatiscente di via Lassale 3,con lei che ci guidava sicura, tra cumuli di prodotti accatastati per le scale.Che spettacolo ci attendeva: piramidi di ritagli di stoffa e pelle,con decine di cinesi seminascosti tra questi cumuli che tra il rumore assordante di vecchie macchine da taglio e cucito e una televisione che trasmetteva programmi cinesi quasi neanche ci degnavano di uno sguardo,se non poi scattare come fulmini al solo richiamo della nostra accompagnatrice.

Mi viene ormai da ridere a pensare a questi fatti,a quanto le perversioni urbane siano ormai aumentate a dismisura.

Era il 1992 quando davanti al vice sindaco Franco Pizzetti io con altre 7 persone presentavamo la prima commissione sugli stranieri a Torino,Fu una serata memorabile,soprattutto per la figura del "pazzo" che avevo fatto riportando dati, statistiche e previsioni per gli anni futuri di tutta la trasformazione che sarebbe avvenuta.

Proprio come mi avevano insegnato in Asia,tanti anni fa,che nell' universo non esiste vuoto e che tutti gli spazi tendono a riempirsi,avevo previsto e comunicato in assemblea,la presa d'assalto dei nord Africani,soprattutto per motivi religiosi,e dei Cinesi,che si sarebbero insediati nel sottobosco urbano corrodendo tutto il nostro sistema economico.

Mentre sto scrivendo queste righe siamo ormai nel 1999 (sto solo riportando i dati della commissione di allora ) indosso un giubbotto fatto dai Cinesi con il tessuto che usano per fare le giacche "Amiat" quindi comunali pagato 5000 lire! 

La gente ignora tutto,oltretutto si comporta esattamente come quando fuggono i buoi , allora bisogna chiudere la stalla!

Se dovessi considerare l'area  di P.Palazzo o di altre aree urbane in Italia di simili portata ,le potrei identificare per uno di quei pianeti alla "guerre stellari" dove sono concentrati tutti i galeotti della galassia.

Le considerazioni che sono partite da quella commissione hanno messo in luce il "provincialismo religioso" nazionale, in quanto veniva totalmente trascurata quella forza, che se non vista avrebbe fatto crollare su se stessa tutta la popolazione.
